Free tier

The core calendar feed is free. There's nothing to refund on an account that's never been charged.

Gold subscription

If you're not happy with Gold, email [email protected] within 14 days of any charge — your first payment or a renewal — and we'll refund that charge in full, no questions asked.

Outside that window, we don't prorate or refund the remainder of a billing period, but you can cancel any time through the link in your receipt email and you won't be charged again. Your Gold access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds are processed by our payment processor back to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Founding-member promo

The first 100 subscribers receive a year of Gold automatically, at no cost. Since no payment is taken for that year, there's nothing to refund on it.
